Proposals for a digital video camera that streams live on HDMI?
I am looking for 720p a digital video camera in the ideal case where streams live on HDMI. The intention is to connect the camera directly to a TV with HDMI input without going through a VGA converter or a video capture board. The purpose, as the a class demonstration on my desktop unit. So far, I have a lot of digital camcorders that output HDMI video is recorded in the Flip HD and Sanyo Xacti range found, for example, but I would like to view a live feed. I do not need recording equipment, would love to with something like a web cam or CCTV camera, as long as it had an HDMI output not a USB connection. The closest I've found so far is something like the Canon EOS 7D, Sony HVR-specialist or cameras for microscopes, all quite expensive and are interpreted rather bulky. Ideally, I would look for a mid-range digital video camera live feed output to HDMI. Any suggestions?
